Westerville, OH鈥擳he 2024 星空传媒 Summer Theatre season opens with a loving tribute to the harmonically dazzling 鈥榞uy groups鈥� of the 1950s, the musical 鈥淔orever Plaid,鈥� with performances at 7:30 p.m. from June 6-8 and June 13-15, and 2 p.m. on June 9 and June 15 in the Fritsche Theatre at Cowan Hall, 30 S. Based on the popular all-male singing groups of the 1950s, this the story of Sparky, Smudge, Jinx, and Frankie, aka 鈥淭he Plaids,鈥� as they perform the concert that never was. Singing in close harmony, squabbling boyishly over the smallest intonations, and executing their charmingly outlandish choreography with overzealous precision, The Plaids will entertain you with classic hits including 鈥淢agic Moments,鈥� 鈥淗eart and Soul,鈥� and 鈥淐atch a Falling Star.鈥� Experience the magic and nostalgia of the golden age of rock and roll in 鈥淔orever Plaid.鈥�
